Rev. Bro. Johnson, the Founder & correspondent in the year 2016 was person behind wonderful venture of Montfortian mission in pondur. He took 2 years to finalize all the process of starting of school with lots of initial hardships. He was instrumental in the construction of ground and first floor of this master piece of this institution.

Rev. Bro.Dr. Antony Samy, the First Principal of Montfort(MSP) with rich experience in the field of education worked at various boards of syllabus like Angelo- Indian, Matric, State Board & CBSE has taken this big challenge of bring up a new institution and creating an ample atmosphere for a better learning of students from various walks of life.
He is very creative in inspiring the young minds with positive approach with modern trend both academically as well as extra-curricular stream. He believes in imparting quality education, holistic in nature and of national standard, studded with excellence. He is master mind in the construction of 2nd floor with composite science lab, Recording studio, spacious Library. Security and non-teaching staff clock room, Kids Park, installation of Montfort and Mother Mary statue, rain water harvesting system,etc.
